Our aim is the development and application of computer modeling for the analysis of biological data in biomedical field (tissue engineering, biomaterials/cell interaction, morphometric analysis of microobjects). Our focus is on integration of various types of experimental data and theoretical predictions to simulation (prognosis) of cells and tissue development in vitro and in vivo. In particular, we are involved in modeling of tissue engineered constructions and identification of functionally important conditions of its homeostasis. Integration of different approaches elaborated during combine use of described directions gives possibility to create new computerized models of tissue development.
